Xin Zhao's Q not knocking up
Xin Zhao's Q is simply not knocking targets up 95% of the time, the match I just played I managed to knock a minion up once, but never applied one knock up on champions or monsters.

Next time you play as Xin check if, on the third hit, the minion / monster / champion move away. I've seen others claim it's just a visual bug and that they are knocked up from the game's point of view as a Yasuo was able to ult from it.
