After this new patch a new bug came out for the mac. When you buy your items and go to lane usually a minute into the game your cursor changes and the green arrows turns red. You can't press escape or upgrade any new abilities. You can only auto attack the closest enemy and can't walk normally. This usually fixes itself around 3 minutes later or so. This started at this last patch with Bard.
Got the same issue also have a mac. Ive gott it with all champs only Riot can help but where are they when u need them?
I have found a solution go ingame to our menu and at player movement unbind player attack move click and attack move set 1.
Works for me.
this same problem happened to me and the only real way that has worked for me to fix this is doing command-option-escape then reconnecting.
If you click right shift this fixes it right away if you need help. I dont have a permanent fix since it still happens when I unbind.
