[GAMEPLAY] Earning key fragments issues

There is an issue with earning key fragments while playing non-purchased heroes.

In the post-match screen, after getting victory it says that you have to own a character in order to get chests and keys. BUT. I read that it`s only applicable to chests -- one chest per one hero (who got S rank) per one season, while key fragments are randomly given for achieving victories, no matter how high your rank was and in spite of the fact either you own a champion or not.

So my question is -- will this bug (not getting key fragments while playing non-owned champs) be resolved any patch soon? Hope for some kind of answer from competent people.
