[GAMEPLAY] Earning key fragments issues

There is an issue with earning key fragments while playing non-purchased heroes.

In the post-match screen, after getting victory it says that you have to own a character in order to get chests and keys. BUT. I read that it`s only applicable to chests -- one chest per one hero (who got S rank) per one season, while key fragments are randomly given for achieving victories, no matter how high your rank was and in spite of the fact either you own a champion or not.

So my question is -- will this bug (not getting key fragments while playing non-owned champs) be resolved any patch soon? Hope for some kind of answer from competent people.

i havent got a key fragment in in the last 10 victorys ive won soo

It's not about how much victories you have inbetween getting a key, its about HOW you earn key i.e. for the past 47 wins, which I won mostly by non-owned champions, I got only 3 fragments.

I guess that the problem is in that, that this bug creates problems for ppl with low champ pool like me. Technically, you are allowed to get keys playing heroes that you havent purchased yet, but in practice -- this doesnt work the way it stated. You do not recieve key fragments for those free-rotation heroes.

Its kinda bothers, Im guessing, not only me.
