Can't buy all runes (reached maximum amount)

I wanted to purchase the remaining runes, but it won't let me.
Got it fixed, i just had too many tier 1 and 2 runes. ask riot support to remove them.

You know runes you purchased after the announcement about the refund won't be compensated, right?
