slow motion

as cool as watching ravenous hydra's cleave is in slow motion i can't really play entire games in slow motion my ms was fine but it said my frames per second was over 500 i don't think that was the problem but it seems my entire league client is in slow motion today after that patch please fix as soon as possible thank you
