Heimer rockets ghost through target. Malz R not stopped by Veigar's cage stun

Last night(early morning?) i did an ARAM as heimer, i was about 2-3 cursers away from enemy Ashe and i fired rockets at her, they isibly go through her, yet no dmg taken and they dont explode on her.

pretty sure that isnt intentional right?

also

same night i was R'd by a malzahar and veigar immediately cage stunned him(he was stunned and spell channel effect wasnt going) yet i was still suppressed full duration and taking dmg.

thats not intentional either right?
