[In Game] Omega Squad Veigar eye disappearing bug

For a few patches now, there appears to be a bug with Omega Squad Veigar's eyes. Normally when you're CC'd, his eyes will change to represent that, but as of recently they completely disappear instead. (As shown in the screenshot)

It's a very minor bug, but it's still a bug non-the-less & I would like to see it get fixed, as it's been present for a few patches now.
