Store Bug... Please help

So I want to buy Lee Sin and i have 4832 ip but when i go to the store it still say that i do not have enough ip to buy it. Its been happening for about 1 hour now and i have tried restarting the client like a lot of times. Please help me figure this out.

This is currently a bug on the Beta Client which is being looked into. Please utilize the Legacy Client to make your purchases.
