Anybody having trouble loading Burning Tides on Client?

I downloaded the new 5.14 patch, which included the new HUD, won't get started with that, but along with the patch came the Burning Tides event. When reading on the site it says to click on the rewards button that appears on your client, but once I sign in the picture below is all I see. A TF and Graves icon and then a black screen with three blinking loading buttons that never go away. I would love to take part in the event and collect my rewards, but at the moment I can't even see the buttons to be clicked. Is there any way to get this fixed?
