Gromp unaffected from blind

When I'm blinding Gromp as a Teemo he is rarely affected by it's debuff. Cloud from blind is showing on his face, but he still able to hit me with AA. Sometimes very-very rarely it's applying so I don't think this is immunity from blind. It's just strange thing that only Gromp can do. All other jungle mobs are affected by blind just fine.
