Unable to embed videos in forum posts

I just published a new video for my Lore Spotlight channel, but I can't post it here as I normally could. I tried with different links, they just keep displaying the "loading" icon, and the post can't be published until it's done loading. Tried it on different devices too. I know this isn't really that big of a deal, and people can just include the link in the description, but I thought it worth nothing nonetheless.
