Orianna ball bug

When I was playing on aram and got orianna I put my ball on a friendly champ to try to shield them and when they died the ball disappeared and i had 3 arrows pointing in 3 different directions. When I died and spawned in the ball was still invisible and would not show up until I used my Q. After using Q and walking out of range the ball disappeared again and still I had the 3 arrows around my feet. Does that happen to anyone else?
