[Gameplay} Thresh hook bug

I was playing a game against a Sion with the SSW Thresh Skin and when Sion died and went into his passive I threw my hook to pull him away from my ADC and the hook hit and instantly disappeared and i still got the 3 seconds off my hook CD but the hook disappeared like it hit a spell shield. It happened when Sion was in his passive and I tried to hook him.
