Can't cancel range indicator spells with right click.

I used to be able to cancel range indicator spells with the right mouse click, but it hasn't been working for me recently.

I tried to fix it by resetting my hotkeys and rebinding everything, and I was able to cancel again in that 1 game. After that it reverted and I couldn't cancel anymore.

Any ideas on how to fix?
