Somehow I don't believe I'll be playing league for a while...

It's usually not like this, it remains at 33% some times, but it usually kicks up after about twenty minutes. This time it's been there for two to three hours - maybe more. It'll probably be fixed if I re-download league, but, the time to wait for league to reinstall is horrible, and it hurts to wait. Damn, really wish this was fixed.
