[Visual][Gameplay] Super Teemo particle not releasing and stacking until it crashes your gpu.

Super Teemo gains a visual sparkle under his feet when he uses his W. It's currently not releasing until you have hundreds of them stacking each time you use it and you look like a ball of sparkles, eventually crashing your gpu and I normally run at medium settings on everything and run at 70 FPS, it cut me down to 10 fps before locking up.
