[Client][Gameplay]Teleport still writes 3.5sec

In 6.13 channeling time just changed from 3.5 sec to 4.5 sec. But in the client or in the game if you on mouse it, still writes 3.5 sec.

1. Profiles - Spells - Teleport
2. In game if you bring Teleport
3. On both championselect screens
4. And still on the webpage here

Maybe I'm wrong and I misunderstand something, but if not then it's really a bug.
