Using the new star guardian skin connection troubles in game

Tried now jinx,lulu and janna new skins everything loads in and plays just fine but constantly in game when i move into position to help my team with fights my screen rubber bands and i get "attempting to reconnect", i have solid internet connect, even keep doing it after i reset my internet too, so i know its nothing on my end and its just the server not being able to keep up with the new star guardians skins, cause its seems to be only when using the star guardian skin it cant keep me connected to the in game server, not the champion just the star guardian skins themselves seem to be causing this glitch.
