Getting gifted during Champion select

If you gift a player that is currently in champion select, they are unable to actually select the champion to use.

I gifted Ezreal to someone who wanted to use it to trade for his champion, he got it before his turn came up, but when it as his turn he wasn't able to see/pick it. Luckily the person wanted to have corki so it wasn't an issue. During old champion select before dynamic queue, you could be gifted champions and use them immediately.
