[GAMEPLAY] Azir's E (and possibly other abilities) stay lit/colored even when he has no soldiers up

I'm not sure if this was the case before the patch, but right now, when you have no sand soldiers as Azir, your E does not turn grey. This makes it extremely confusing as I keep thinking I still have a soldier up.
