PLS FIX TURRETS

I think it will be a good idea to fix turrets and their range. One game I played Nautilus and had huge problem with turrets because they were constantly canceling turret shots. Enemy Thresh stayed 5 seconds under my turret and then he just flashed out of the turret range and turret shot was in mid air and it was about to hit him and then it just disappeared. Thresh survived and my ADC didnt. AND PLEASE MAKE THEM STRONGER.
