[Gameplay] FPS Really Low after recent patch

Okay so i logged on today i get around 200-300 fps and ive never dropped past this until today i dropped down to 50 and the game feels unplayable now it actually feels like im lagging i have checked my internet it came back as running fine ive checked my system its coming back fine its been going on since the new patch dropped.
