[Game] alt+tab and back to game takes longer

before, I was able to alt-tab out of the game to my desktop and clicking the game would bring up the game window right away.

however, since about 3 patches ago, clicking the game gives me a black window for 3-5 sec before the game shows up properly.

this is a small problem but hope it can get fixed since it sometimes costs a death
