[GAME ULT STAT] bugs

a few patches ago (since around april or may), the ults stat circles (on the left / above the minimap) were all buggy where they were greyed out when the ults were actually on and ready to be used.

From this patch though, the ults stat circles would be off in terms of time. so someone on your team's ult stat will show up as e.g. 20 sec left graphically but when you alt+click the circle to check, it says it's ready and the teammate also said it's ready.

I do check ults with alt+click a lot but this has to be fixed since it somewhat affects the game play during team fights

I saw this bug a few times playing on the RIFT and haven't played aram recently a lot if it happens there also.
