500 ping and disconnect issues

So this is what happens step by step as it happens in my game:

Game proceeds normally until around the 6-8 minute mark

start recall

500 ping exactly

"attempting to reconnect"

this goes on for about 1 minute the game black screens

from the client itself I hit the reconnect button

Game attempts to reconnect for 1 minute

"Unable to connect to server. Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect."

This happens several times until game ends and I get leaver wait.

My problem:

Aside from the obvious I take a loss to what is obviously problem on your side. I've already done everything I can to prevent things like this from happening on my end as a career computer tech myself Ive done all the obvious firewall disabling, port forwarding, disabling of p2p, ect., and my computer connection is fine as I'm able to send you this message and the client itself was working (i'm emboldening this in an edit bc it seems you responded to one person on this issue before going dark again, claiming it was the isp blocking connection to your servers, this is literal proof that is not the case), was able to send messages and receive messages. I already know I'm not getting a loss prevented even though minimal customer service/common decency would call for this sort of thing, but what REALLY pisses me off is that since 7.20 I am not the only one having these problems and across other posts it seems like the help forums moderation is actually blatantly ignoring these posts not just from myself but others as well. its end of season so I dont know its whether or not you just dont want to create server downtime but if your servers are messed up please send them offline until you fix it instead of ignoring people's plights until you can stealth a hotfix for what is an obvious problem, you people are ridiculous.
