Gameplay braum dragonslayer, winters bite missing but going through the enemy

Well basically i was chasing a poppy who was on 10 hp i was right behind her and decided to use my winter's bite to finish her off, but instead of hitting her it goes straight through her and it disappears in the air, the other time i had this is about same hp, just needed a winter's bite to finish a person off and it went straight through them and it hit the minion above that person. I sadly dont have any video or screenshots of this bug but its happened to my twice in a short notice (after i start playing with the dragonslayer skin) reproduce: havent tried but what happened at the most recent was that i was in lower mid (just infront of the bushes of river) poppy was in general mid and there was a zed who used his Q on me, i then shot a winters bite at poppy, saw it go through her and not damaging her/ slowing her or applying concussive stacks (She could get the concussive stacks on her)

This bug has happened to me twice now in a short notice and only happened with the dragonslayer skin.
