[gameplay] Jarvan's EQ not knocking up

Is this an intended feature?

If you EQ though someone but get CC before reaching the flag (in this case thresh's DS, but I guess blitz hook might work too), you will not knock up what you go through.

Process: -Pick Jarvan. -EQ combo an enemy player -Get hooked mid air by any form of hard (ranged?) CC BEFORE reaching your flag -Have your knock up canceled

Expected result : You knock up that bitch Real result: You die in terrible agony

Didn't manage to reproduce the bug, but it's seems to be a 10/10. Might be because of noddle coding, your hit box is considered instantly at your flag if you successfully EQ, but seens you are CC, spell effect are canceled.
