1-6 FPS

Look Rito, I'm mad, and I'm not going to take this. Sometimes, when I play League of Legends (any gamemode) my fps drops to around 2 for up to a minute. Why is this happening? I don't have any tabs open during a game and I have fine connection, as well as having my graphics at the lowest they can go, and this still happens. Again: Why?
