Problem with the lock in button?

Whenever I click "Lock In" in champion select, the button greys out, stays greyed out, and then it kind of freezes in that place, not locking my champion in. At first I thought it was just my internet, but it has happened three times in the past three days. Twice in a row today. It is usually followed by a box saying, "An error has occurred." Then it says I have been disconnected from the servers, only for me to be reconnected a second later. I know it is not my internet, because I had this page up when it happened. As a result, I got a queue timer. Now, this would be fine with me, if I had not been in a ranked lobby when it happened. Is anyone else having this issue, or am I alone on this one?
