Lucian bug and Zyra Bug

Is his autos suppose be going off quicker since his update?? Becuase its BS if it is. I'm sorry but him getting his auto off soon actually brakes him and i hate watching my health just go from full to nothing in 1sec. Plz riot fix this PLEASE!

Zyras plants auto while people are in the bush and we dont have wards or vision on them. its wierd its like when they are out of the bush and my plant autos them they attack then that champ walks into the bush and i have no vision and my plant keeps attacking them. zyra plants also still attack alil goofy they sometimes dont attack and just sit there XD
