2200 Points disappear

I submitted a ticket and was told to wait a few hours before my event points were redeemed was registered. So i did that, and closed out my client and everything i was told to do, and was greeted with NO Icon, or my points, or even a refund on the points lost, After a day of waiting. Please help, i spent so long playing this event for the just the icon.
