Broke the test dumby

So i broke the test dummies in practices mode, and if you don't believe me just do mortal reminder on any champion and hit them with an aa above 300 and you will kill them. their math on the rule for it is your damage+100 so they never die, even true damage, but for some reason mortal reminder graves wound halves that so the math is this (your damage+100)/2 so um riot please fix because i honestly think that was not intentional, or maybe is was i don't really know.

If this is not a bug just simple remove it please and thank you.
