Ultimate skin icons don't change profile splash arts on LoL Friends

Tested with icons from each set except Elementalist Lux. None of them affect the backgrounds on LoL Friends. I imagine this is an oversight rather than a bug. Just figured I'd mention it on the off chance that Riot wanted them to be changed as well or if something broke it.
