Riot please.

I leveled up to level 39. All the time when you level up you get a champion capsule. No? It showed the screen of getting a champion capsule and i clicked ok or whatever that brings you to the post-game lobby. I got out, checked my loot for the champion capsule and it wasn't there. Please fix this.
