[GAMEPLAY] Global Skillshot Sound Effect Bug

I was playing with some friends in a match, and was laning with an Ashe. Every time I would roam mid or through the jungle, I could hear her sound effects from her skills even if she was bot from across the map, almost similar to how you can hear a Rek'Sai or Sion ult sound. Is this normal, or a glitch/bug? I don't know if it is specific to Ashe, but she is the only one I noticed that I could hear.
