Not only did you ruin her ult replacing Blade Waltz you gave her an ult that only works half of the time.
Does anyone else have this issue?

I've done everything perfect either killed the champ or hit all sides and it only triggers half the time now.
Is somebody behind a desk laughing about that?

When I hit all four points on tryndamere when he ults I get no heal. Is it because his ult also prevents me from healing?
her old ult had not counter play as compared to this one hence why you may consider it "weaker", also killing does not mean the full time is allotted that was an intended nerf, the number of marks equates to about a second each. did actually time to see if the full 5 second procked?
Riot her ult isn't the only thing that's buggy. After using a skill when jungling for instance her skill stops her from auto attacking afterwards. So the monsters just hit you while you stand there for a little bit.
I think you know I how much I hate the new Fiora rework as a person who actually plays the champ. Everyone who likes her is just a really bad player and a Fiora hater. There is absolutely nothing good about anything you did to Fiora. It's really a new champ. You should make her into a Smurf and call her Nerf.
