Visual Q Bug: Lissandra

I been playing lissandra lately but i been noticing something about her q. her Q suddely flashes white as if reducing the cool down of it but i think its only visual since there is no change at all in the cool down as far as i have seen. I think it has to do with her passive flashes but idk if it is its been kind annoying but isnt noticed maybe. just putting it out there so a fix can be made
