[GAMEPLAY] Emote wheel disables previous keybinds on the "T" key

UPDATE:

I have done some digging. In the client, we can set the binding for emotes, but we are unable to do so in game. Under the communication tab we are given the option for Open Emote Wheel, Open Instant Emote Wheel, and then 5 different quick play options.

In the client we do not have these options.

FURTHERMORE, If I manually bind "open instant emote wheel" to a key other than T, say U, when I press U in game nothing happens. So the code seems to work only if you have bound the emote wheel to T by default.

Title should be self explanatory. Prior to patch 7.21, I had "target champions only" bound to the T key. I would press and hold it down to use the target champion only feature.

With the deployment of emotes, it seems as if the emote wheel is hard coded to be bound to the "T." key. In the in game options I am unable to manually set a different keybind for the emote wheel. This has forced me to change what keybinds I'm used to, putting target champions only on the "U" key. I really dislike this set up and would like it if Riot could allow us to manually keybind the emote wheel.
