Can't close chat popup

I pressed caht popup option just to see what it does (it does what it's supposed to do) but now I can't get it back. It's always on top of client and pisses me off. I can't press settings button cause it's grayed out and disabled can i somehow reset it?

Same problem on the NA server. I've tried clicking every button with every button on my mouse. I can never close it.
