Aphelios weapon switch and chakram q bugs [GAMEPLAY]

After 10.2 patch became live i started to experience these bugs when i play him 1)If you run out of ammo during combat , youll get new weapon . BUT , after 10.2 Aphelios refuses to auto untill you press w and switch weapon out and then back in again , or use q . Feels like it happens most often when the next weapon is Severum , other weapons have same issue but it was like 50-50 . With Severum next in line its 100% happening for me 2)If you put chakram q turret out of combat and enemy walk into it after like 2 sec of it`s deployment , it will instanly die w/o enemy do anything to it . Didnt had that happening before 10.2 patch
