I guess most of your kills are mainly one champ and your farm is low
Grades are awarded based on your overall performance in the role, the champion you're playing and, crucially, where you're playing them. For example, we look at an Annie going mid differently from an Annie going support. We take a series of performance metrics and compare how you did to all other players in your region in that specific champion/position combination.
This is percentile-driven; earning a high score means you performed in the top x% of players in that champion/position combination.
maybe it's because you killed the same 2 people 11 times collectively, and only 1 of your kills were on someone else... and your farm was not that good.
You may have done great, but you had minimal kill participation. 14/36 is not nearly enough to show you as having had a serious impact on the game. I didn't bother looking at the towers you took, but it still wasn't that many.
I had a 6/0/13 on Skarner in a 33 kill game. Secured 2 out of 3 dragons and several towers. Got an A+. It's also dependent on how good others are on that champ. Sucks, but we move on.
Your farm is too low and it looks like they surrendered. Don't blame RITO.

bc teemo went 4-0 and had only 11 less farm than me, and 1.2k more gold, but he got S+
