Syndra Character frame lag after ulting

I posted this in general discussion and in hindsight i realized i should have posted this here.

I have a question, after ulting on syndra and trying to move the character around she does a frame skip lag kind of thing while moving for about 5 seconds, but its only her character when i'm playing it and not anybody else or the minions or other player abilities. It's been happening to me a lot for at least 5 patches any ideas on how to fix this?
