Jarvan IV Flag Bug

I was playing Jarvan today and I noticed a problem occur with my flag. If I put it at a wall and then q'd to it, the flag would not let me move for a few seconds. This actually costed me my life and a dragon. :( Please fix.

Yep I can verify this has been present since patch 5.0 at least

So the flag is interfering with movement?
