[URGENT] [IN GAME] sweeping lens range pre-level 9 size on top half of the map

-In game this has been happening a lot the past couple of weeks I don't know how long it's existed in total. On the top half of the map, specifically the baron area of the river using a sweeping lens trinket on and around the baron area post level 9 is still giving me the range and size of the pre 9 trinket. I know in other areas of the top half I am getting the correct size and Range of it. I will get screen shots of this in a custom game soon to be up.

The champions I am noticing this the most on (Not to say they are the only ones, but they are the main ones I use) Have been Jarvan IV, and Kha'Zix

Replicating bug:

1. Play on Purple side (Not sure if the side matters, but I experienced it most recently on Purple, so for the sake of...)
2. Get to post level 9 with a sweeping lens (I purchase mine at level 1 also don't know if it matters)
3. Use sweeper around the baron pit area

Currently I have been getting this short range sweep in this area for a solid week at least, especially in ranked games which I have played more of. (Will try to get screen shots soon)
