[BUG] PLAY Button on LCU Grayed Out and Not Clickable | Legacy Client not Launching Properly

Basically as the title describes. Friends are also having this issue, not on the same network. League just basically doesn't work.

UPDATE: It might be a Verizon issue. My father is also having internet issues. All my friends do have Verizon.
