[GAMEPLAY] Announcer voice fades in and out

The Announcer voice has begin fading in and out for me. It will sound tinny and quiet, and occasionally revert back to normal. It occured in an ARAM game first, where it would happen with great regularity, sometimes even during a voice line, and continued through a Summoner's Rift game, though it rarely happened then. I don't use any type of sound mods, and I have tried turning up the Announcer voice and restarting the client. I'd prefer not to do a reinstall, because I don't think that's the problem, but I will if it persists.
