Hi. I got a ward skin from the hextech chest and it is the rose bouquet I activated it and I did not have it I lost 300+ orange essence. Please I want that ward skin can you please fix that bug? Thanks...

A lot of ward related things are bugged right now. For instance, you can't change ward skins currently.

Likely will be fixed a bit later or next patch
