Game breaking Nasus bug

Nasus's Q will stop him from doing anything. It goes through it's animation 2-3 times before finally resetting, and in the amount of time I can't do anything else, I can't cast abilities or use summoner spells, and it cost me my last game. I couldn't go in for trades because it simply wouldn't let me do anything.
