[GAMEPLAY] can't see anything on screen (chat box, quests, etc)

so this problem has been happening to me for a few months now and I've been too lazy to fix it but it's really interfering with my gameplay now since I can't see what my team mates are saying to me or anything like that. It's that I can't see anything. It's just jumbled up signs and characters. I've tried everything. I've reinstalled, I've done the repair and I've tried multiple champions and it's still the same thing. I would go into a match and it would automatically be like that. I have no idea what's wrong with it. I've attached a link to hopefully help identify what the problem is. Does this happen with other people and any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.
