Game wan't completely in foreground?

I loaded into a game earlier and I noticed I didn't have the glove thing as my icon. I tried to type in chat. I couldn't. I tried to ping. It worked, but my mouse cursor seemed to be somewhere off the screen while i held the ping key. I could move, and use summoner spells, but whenever I left clicked, it would tab me out to whatever window i had most recently used (either Chrome or Discord, nothing else was open except maybe a file explorer) I tabbed out, closed the league client window, and pushed the "reconnect" button. It did the same thing. I closed the client and restarted, loaded back into the game. Same thing. I eventually had to go into task manager, end all league of legends processes, and restart. I have never seen this before. I just loaded into a custom game, no problems. I can't think of what it is. The only programs I have running are Gyazo, f.lux, CCleaner, and Discord, and none of them have ever interfered with this, or any, game before. Just thought I would bring it to your attention in case others have had this problem as well.
